Vertical combustion test equipment

Equipment function: mainly used for combustion testing of insulation materials (MCCB base,mccb parts) and products (open flame test).
Can test the flame retardant levels of V0, V1, V2, V3, and V4 according to IEC regulations.

Glow Wire Test Equipment

Range: 1000 ℃
Equipment function: Used for combustion testing of insulation materials and products (non open flame)
Can measure flame retardancy verification at 550 ℃, 650 ℃, 850 ℃, 960 ℃ and other temperatures specified in low-voltage electrical standards.

Equipment function: Used for hardness testing of the operating mechanism of molded case circuit breakers (indicators 200-300 can affect the mechanical life of molded case circuit breakers)

Equipment function: Used for hardness testing of black metal carburization and nitriding (DMC strength testing, plastic case circuit breaker base material strength testing, which can affect product ICU indicators).
