JCMX Shunt trip release MX

JCMX shunt release is a release excited by a voltage source, and its voltage can be independent of the main circuit voltage. This feature gives it greater flexibility in its application, as it can operate on a different voltage than the main circuit. The shunt trip is a remotely operated switch accessory, meaning it can be activated from a distance, providing convenience and safety for a variety of applications. This makes it ideal for situations where remote operation is required, such as industrial environments or emergency shutdown systems.

    Introduction

When the power supply voltage is equal to any voltage between 70% and 110% of the rated control power supply voltage, the circuit breaker can reliably break. The wide voltage range ensures that the circuit breaker can operate effectively under a variety of voltage conditions, providing reliable, consistent performance. The shunt tripper is a short-time working system, and the coil energization time generally does not exceed 1S to prevent the circuit from burning out. In order to further prevent the coil from burning out, a micro switch is connected in series with the shunt trip coil. This additional safety measure ensures that even if the button is held manually, the shunt coil is no longer energized, preventing the coil from burning out.  The JCMX shunt tripper is designed to provide only shunt tripper functionality without any auxiliary feedback, allowing for more simplified and efficient operation. This centralized design ensures that the shunt tripper functions accurately and reliably without any unnecessary additional functionality.  The JCMX shunt trip coil is responsible for tripping the circuit breaker when a voltage pulse or uninterrupted voltage is applied to the equipment coil. This ensures that the circuit breaker will trip effectively and reliably in response to the specified voltage input, thereby enhancing overall system safety and performance.
The JCMX shunt trip unit is an optional accessory in the circuit breaker that mechanically trips the circuit breaker when the shunt trip terminal is energized. This feature provides additional control and safety in the operation of the circuit breaker as it can be triggered externally to interrupt the power supply. The power for the shunt trip does not come from within the circuit breaker and therefore must be powered by an external power source, thus providing flexibility in its application.  The JCMX shunt trip circuit breaker is a combination of shunt trip accessory and main circuit breaker that provides comprehensive protection for your electrical system. By installing this accessory on your main circuit breaker, you can enhance the safety of your electrical system as it can manually or automatically cut off the power in the circuit. This extra layer of protection can help prevent short circuits and avoid electrical damage in the event of a disaster in your home. In addition, JCMX shunt trippers are designed as optional accessories for circuit breakers to provide additional protection for your system. It is specifically designed to connect to an auxiliary sensor so that it can automatically trip the circuit breaker if the sensor is triggered. In addition, it can be activated via an installed remote switch, providing convenient and flexible control of the circuit breaker's operation.

    Product Description

    Main Features

    ● Only shunt release function, no auxiliary feedback
    ● Remotely turn on device when voltage is applied
    ● Using special pins, it can be installed on the left side of MCB/RCBO
In addition to the primary functions listed above, the JCMX shunt trip coil focuses solely on the shunt trip coil function without any auxiliary feedback, providing simplified and efficient operation. This ensures that the device performs its intended function accurately and reliably. The remote start function is convenient and flexible to operate, and the device can be triggered remotely by applying voltage. This adds an additional layer of control and safety to the operation of the circuit breaker, enhancing its overall functionality. Furthermore, thanks to special pins, the design of the device allows easy installation on the left side of the MCB/RCBO. This thoughtful design feature optimizes the overall layout and functionality of the electrical system by ensuring that equipment can be installed safely and easily where required.
